3. Personal Information Retention and Use Period

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, it will be retained for the applicable period.

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made when users have given consent or when required by laws and regulations.
